USP 800 Compliance Pharmacies Upgrades

KTECH Project Services was contracted to lead and manage the effort to make improvements and upgrades to the multiple campus pharmacy departments, drug compounding areas, and sterile work areas making them comply with USP 800 compliance.

The project was a multi-phased effort that included multiple meetings with the owner, director, managers, infection prevention, facilities and staff all having input into the successful outcome.

This project upgraded four individual pharmacies to USP 800 standards. In addition, 2 mobile pharmacy trailers were installed and utilized to minimize down time to the pharmacies and surrounding sterile work areas.
