KTECH Project Services was contracted to lead the effort to make improvements to ensure the space temperature, humidity and pressurization relationships are in compliance with designed referenced guidelines. In addition, the project required the sealing of the existing ductwork, perimeter walls and installation of new ceiling tiles.

The project was a multi-phased effort that included multiple meetings with the owner, director, managers, infection prevention and staff all having input into the successful outcome.
