KTECH Project Services was contracted to lead the effort to replace the existing GE PET/CT with a new GE Discovery MI-DR PET/CT. This project was inspected by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) which it passed with no comments or deficiencies. The hardest part of this project was coordinating with equipment representatives from Germany and working against time zone constraints to have proper planning and execution of each milestone event.
